Andre Huie, MMS, PA-C
Drawing on more than 30 years of healthcare experience and over 20 years as a physician assistant, I bring extensive clinical knowledge and practical insight to the review and organization of medical records. My background in emergency medicine, urgent care, and hospital based practice has provided a comprehensive understanding of medical documentation, diagnostic testing, treatment decisions, specialist consultations, and the progression of patient care. Throughout my career, I have evaluated thousands of patient encounters, developing a meticulous approach to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail that now serves as the foundation for Focus Timeline.

Every chronology is personally prepared and reviewed by Andre Huie, PA-C. Clients communicate directly throughout the project, ensuring accountability, consistency, and timely communication. Questions regarding a completed chronology are addressed promptly and directly.
Additional Chronology Review Services
Already have a medical chronology in place? Andre Huie can personally review and refine existing chronologies for completeness, date accuracy, source references, missing records, chronology flow, hyperlinks, and overall usability.
